3. Return Process

Pack the items securely in their original packaging, including all manuals, labels, and accessories.
Ship the items back to the designated return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or shipped in error.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Shipping fees, handling charges, and international duties/taxes are non-refundable.
