Yes. Under NDA, we accept 2D/3D files (STEP/DWG) or physical samples, provide tolerance stacks, material & heat-treat recommendations, and DFM feedback. After sample approval, we can supply PPAP [e.g., Level 3], control plans, and serial traceability as required.
We operate an [IATF 16949/ISO 9001] quality system. In-house testing includes CMM, hardness/roughness, dynamic balancing, metallography/chemistry, and NDT (MT/UT).
